Democrats lost big a year ago—the WH & Congress, all six swing states—this is how they try to still call the shots, since their lust for power equals Sauron’s desire for the Ring.
The lower federal courts are destroying any faith the public had in the impartiality of federal law.
SCOTUS must discipline them if it wants to continue enjoying the deference paid to the judicial branch by the other two branches and most importantly, the People, respect which is the gowns’ only real power.
So, given his background and previous proceedings against him, how hard IS it to get a final notice of removal order? I suppose some other commie judge would find yet another reason to not issue that removal order?
