This huge fat guy was out of control.
It is hard to believe ANYONE could drink 33 drinks and only be .18
I suspect he had some other drug in his system other than alcohol.
I tend to agree with you.
Back in the 80s I got a dui.....my BAC was .18 as well.
I’m a little guy and I sure didn’t have 33 drinks and it was beer only.
