Large difference. The Trump resort is built with Qatari money, the Trump org manages it for a large profit.

I do all sorts of oil business with Gulf states.

And Israel, for that matter (although that’s gas).

You pay me, I design and build infrastructure where the hydrocarbons are.

I don’t go move there and make that a place where I live day to day (although the eye candy in Israel could make me stay).

You pay the Trump Org, they build you a golf course.
