This is RIGHT! She is vested in five years.
Vested in five years! Damn it took me and many other soldiers 20 years to get vested in their pension/retirement. Guess we picked th wrong line of work. Well maybe not none of us soldiers were willing to compromise our honor and integrity on a daily basis for a Congressional run for office.
