I wonder what the parts that were not included are saying. I think that if you are going to discuss their constitution you should either excerpt one or two articles and analyze them, or publish the whole thing. Printing two thirds is not a complete picture.

Our Constitution is concise. That’s not the norm for constitutions. I probably copied over ~20%, mostly of parts that would impact peace talks. I also copied over some things most here would consider radical.
You may not know this, but there are spots on web pages where if you click on them you will go to another web site. For example, if you click on the source link for an article posted on Free Republic you can read the whole article. In this case you can just click on the original article link to download and read and English translation of the Ukrainian constitution.
