I do have some sympathy for the idea that human expansion into more and more wildlife areas is forcing animals, including bears, into more frequent contact with humans. Bears, like other predators, need a certain amount of territory to survive and that is being shut off at least in the Eastern US.

This could be greatly alleviated if we deported 50 million people.

There were far fewer bears when there were far fewer people because those people were outside working and hunting instead of sitting inside watching TV and playing games.
