Judges should have no legal jurisdiction over matters involving wildlife.
The “expert” wildlife managers, in many cases, have been captured by Deep Green ideology.
Here in Michigan, Federal Judges got involved in two separate cases. The first one was a Judge halted a dove hunting season after the state was sued by an environmental group founded by the Humane Society of the United States.
The second one was when a Federal judge stopped the DNR from controlling a cormorant population via oiling the nesting eggs. That forced the DNR to just observe the nesting sites........
