I read earlier that there are 59 federal convictions. 86 people were charged so far, all but 8 are Somalis.

That's some "isolation" going on there: 59 convictions and 86 charged people.

I just tried to get a headcount to find out how many people administrate the program here in NYS.

The state makes that info impossible to find.

I’d really like to know how many.

How about making transparency on the state and local level a requirement for getting federal money?

And then end the federal program and give the responsibility back to the states, where it belongs.
