Browns and Lions both have 4 NFL Titles (pre-merger)

Jaguars have made the AFC Championship Game (in their 2nd year, as did the Panthers)

The Texans have never been to an AFC Championship Game

Of the teams who haven’t won the Super Bowl:

The Vikings have one NFL Title (the last season before the merger, when they lost in SB IV)

The Bills have 2 AFL Titles

The Chargers have 1 AFL Title

The Titans (Oilers) have 2 AFL Titles

The Cardinals won 2 NFL Titles (in Chicago)

I’m a big Youtube viewer. There have been recent Milankovitch cycle videos that I ignored. I’ll check one aout to become at least partially enlightened.

Thanks for the great post.

If you examine the graph you provided below, it is possible to conclude that there was no spike in the recent interglacial peaks. It can be surmised that the temperature rise is already being diminished by an unknown driver of climate change.

It really would be col to see the Lions & the Bills in the Superbowl. One of them would HAVE to win.

It is always fun to see the Lions beat the Boys last night.

Yeah I know a bit of that so it’s not complete drought and despair.

Agreed. And it's also possible that it's repeating a pattern. The temperature crest we've experienced for the past 6K or so years (looking at the glacial-interglacial graph) looks like the crest two crests that occurred 250K to 200K years ago.

Think of it as watching a heartbeat on a monitor, with a large beat followed by a small beat, followed by a large beat then a small beat, etc. The larger "beats" occurred about 120K years ago and one before that about 340K years ago. In between those large "beats" are smaller "beats" (the current one, and the ones at about 200K years ago and 250K years ago).

So what's it like if you zoom into the current "beat"? Our current Holocene interglacial period may have topped out (as indicated by the red and blue graph too) about 6K years ago and it's in a slow decline, even though this interglacial has smaller rises and falls within it (the 1K long warming and cooling cycles in the first graph). In other words, it's a good bet that the Modern Warm Period won't top out as high as the Medieval Warm period before it, which didn't top out as high as the Roman Warm Period before that. (Which I think is what you're saying too.)

Or another way to put it, when the Dims fuss about higher sea levels, wake me up with the Pevensey Castle in the UK has the tide come up to the castle like it did during the Medieval Warm Period. (Again, I trust written history's support of warming and cooling periods more than I trust tree ring "studies" and other proxy temperature "studies".) Until the sea level is back up to the castle's wall, our current sea levels aren't as high as what used to be normal.

In all seriousness, when Christian leaders claim to know the timing of the end of the world, at least they don't dictate government policy while doing so. We can ignore them.

Unlike the global warmageddon doomsday cult left. Their false prophet predictions are dangerous because they use their cult teachings to influence government power.

You mean my Oceanfront Property in Nevada is worthless? I guess I’ll sell it to space aliens since it is next to Area 51 and it can be used for family reunions. šŸ˜€
