Just come clean on exactly why the governments of the world supported this hoax. I know why, but I want them to openly admit it.

I’ll gladly take life in the Modern Warming Period over life in one of the cooling periods any day.

I remember an article sometime back mentioned if there some caving off of land near the seashore, that it could look like the sea level was rising but actually it was just the land base slightly lowering in that area.

Perhaps the coldest spot in the USA this morning (except a mountaintop in CO, a tie) was in SW MI/NW Indiana at -3° this morning, a month early. Since this decades old global fraud appears to be winding down be on the lookout for the next fraud, perhaps radiation from Jupiter, a comet hitting us or something else/s. The dems/GOPe cabal is greatly saddened as their fraud kickbacks are decreasing.

I know. I ran all of my credit cards up to the limit...because....why not, the Earth is ending so I won't have to figure out how to pay them off.

There is ample evidence that there has in fact been climate change induced warming in North America. The evidence has been noticed and collected for at least a hundred years, by the US government.

In Montana and in Alaska, glaciers have deteriorated and some disappeared.

The climate change issue is not if it is real but rather if caused by industrialized man.

And of course it will happen right before the Lions would have won the Super Bowl.

As Al Gore would say here are some INCONVIENT TRUTHS.

Last year Upstate NY had so much lake effect snow that the state of NY took ALL the rock state that American Rock Salt could dig out of the ground in their mine. Which is the largest in the USA. NY took it for NY State road use.
That means companies like mine that typically buy 600 trucks annually were told theirs come first.

Again, this year rock salt from the same company is on allocation. So is Calcium Chloride from Occidental Chemical.
(Pella DOW brand).
This is again because of the amount of early seasonal lake effect snow.

Jay Peak ski resort in northern VT is up to 136” of measured snow already this year. This is more than many other US ski resorts get all winter. They have received another 36” in the last week. They reached 100” the earliest EVER recorded in their existence. They have been around since the 1950s.

Instead of a 62 percent decline in economic output by 2100 in a world where carbon emissions continue unabated, global output would be reduced by 23 percent.

And they spew this sort of ridiculous propaganda with a straight face. I'd bet that global output will be higher in 2100, regardless of how much carbon emissions occur between now and then. Of course, that assumes that civilization doesn't collapse between now and then, though if it does, carbon emissions won't have anything to do with it. It will be the result of running out of energy because we abandon fossil fuels.

Agreed. I'm a true believer in the Milankovitch cycles. I'm particularly interested in the cycle that occurs every 1,000 or so years (first graph below). I like that because we have written history of what life was like during these warming and cooling periods. (Warming = higher crop yields, more predictable rain patterns, less deaths by plague.)

I'd assert that, as we celebrate our country's 250th anniversary, perhaps we ought to further appreciate the fact that our country was founded during the horrible Little Ice Age. It was hard enough just to survive then, even more so to start a nation.
