Remember after the Charlie Kirk assassination in Utah, two guys were arrested after being caught planting (apparently fake) explosives under media vehicles in the SLC area?
I was just reading that the judge had to dismiss the charges without prejudice because the federal partners had not given the Utah state partners in the prosecution the required documents and evidence for the trial to continue.
Without prejudice in this example means that the judge’s decision does not preclude re-opening the case at a later date if the court can be satisfied that evidence is being provided. I just mention this because there seems to be a general culture of ambivalence towards wrongdoing in the federal parts of law enforcement, and nobody can really say why that is. Now clearly these two dudes must have been pranksters rather than terrorists to plant fake bombs, but even so, something legally actionable took place and we should be able to get to the bottom of how or why this happened when and where it happened, the time and place coincidence is disturbing.
As to this DC pipe bomb thing, until now I had been assuming it was some sort of theatrics meant to deepen the false narrative of wrongdoing by the J6 protestors of the stolen election. The only people with a plausible motive for this would be the deep state types in general. So it will be interesting to see if this legal case moves in that direction or some other direction now. Do you recall back a few months a house in suburban Alexandria VA blew up? I wonder if there will be any connection or was that just a standard meth lab gone wrong incident?
