Whoever the bomber was they were very comfortable walking around that area of Capitol Hill. During daytime hours the maze of streets can be confusing, much worse so at night because all the row house tend to look similar. This person knew that area well IMO.

If you watch the videos closely, you’ll see in one he actually waves at a passing police SUV......that takes some real balls right there.
