Colorado’s 10 electoral votes, plus Washington’s 12 electoral votes being removed from the national elections allocation will do nicely, thank you.
In the 2012 presidential election there were 10 Colorado counties that had more votes than registered voters. My county had 101% voter participation. one county, I believe it was Summit County, had 150% voter participation. How does that happen?
Can we just tell Colorado that if they do not share, then we will not accept any of their votes in federal elections?
