My niece works for Homeland Security vetting refugees. My brother was saying how she just got back for Armenia, and two of the “Stans” (Uzbekistan and someplace else).

“I looked up where she was. Beautiful modern cities - who knew!?”

I don't talk politics with him, but I thought “If they are so wonderful, why do they need to flee and come over here and we have to pay for it?”
