"Bad attitude. Democrats have spent millions on this, gone door-to-door, and tapped into gullible White women with the ICE and healthcare angles. Most Republicans probably have no idea there is even an election. This is how AOC won her primary."

Quite bad, ignorant too. And you're right about the rest of that as well.

Tennessee Special Election: Do Republicans Need Another Wake-up Call Already?

The Republican still *should* win tomorrow, and if we dumb down the definition of "winning easily" to mean "a 3 point win in a district which Republicans normally take by 16 points", then yeah.

All he must do is promise to stop data centers, and the whole electoral equation changes. People DESPISE data centers getting forced down their throats, despoiling the land for nothing of value.

Early voting was about 27% if registered voters.

Poll said R+6 to 7 in early votes.

It’s a normal R+22 district. Van Epps will win big.

AOC’s district is solid blue.

It's the principal of "silent running": the insurgent does not go to the media to promote their campaign, but goes door to door, uses social media and word of mouth. The incumbent Rep. in AOC's district didn't even know she was a serious threat until he got wiped out in the primary. The RAT in this TN district is trying the same thing, with the local media's help.

Nah. Local media isn’t doing anything. Both sides are running gazillion of commercials.

Pretty sure that most TN CD7 red voters are aware by now. AOC snuck up on Foley. because no one there could imagine a Donk slated as the next speaker could lose to a nobody.

Apathy cost him then, as it threatens us now.

November’s donk wins were in heavy blue states whose jobs were threatened , metro NYC & NYC itself.

Reminds me of when Ted Cruz was running for Senate last year and claimed that polls showed him losing the race and how he needed more money, he won by 9 points, it was never close

Lara Trump and RNC Chair Whatley got the vote out for Donald. They know how to do it, but both have moved on. Plus, they had DjT on the ballot, which made it much easier.

I’m sure they’ve been consulted and HEEDED, I HOPE !

Agree

Republicans that don’t vote have no idea how many democrats they have put in office.

I don’t know any conservatives who are afflicted with apathy. All m conservative friends know what’s at stake.

Every county GOP office should have the names and numbers of all registered republicans. They should be able to find out who doesn’t vote and offer a ride the polls as well as a gathering place afterwards. Gotta be a lotta shut-in old folks amongst them.

If the Republicans lose the seat it will be because Trump talked Mark Green into running again in 2024. If another Republican had run in the regular election in 2024 he would have won and there would not be a special election tomorrow. Of course Mark Green is also to blame for quitting in the middle of his term.

Anyone know how voting goes in Davidson Co. (Nashville)? I would guess that it is more heavily D than the other counties, and that would be where the democrat campaign money is spent to get out the vote.
