I want to hear what Alan Dershowitz has to say about this.
The Congress could create a new ‘President’s Court’ under the Supreme Court and make her the judge.
The PPACA subsidy enhancement bill will be a must pass bill.
Notably, the democrat party-liners at the NYTimes refused to reveal who these “impartial US federal judges” were. And who appointed them to their thrones.
He supported her appointment before, so I doubt he’s changed his mind.
One was appointed by Obama, the other two by George W. Bush.

Incoming presidents have always fired District Attorneys. Ruling will not survive in the Supreme Court.
