No, it implies no such thing. You do, however, make a common specious argument. Menopause is natural. Mutilation is not.

The hypocrisy here is astounding. You can have sex without producing children, yet no one else can. Let me ask you, are you a man? Did you have a vasectomy? Because I bet a lot of men in FR have had a vasectomy. Are you against vasectomies? That would be considered mutilation in your opinion.
