Q: When is assault with a deadly weapon not assault with a deadly weapon? A: When the deadly weapon is used against ICE agents and the judiciary is corroded by moonbattery.
Right Journalism reports from colonized Charlotte:
On November 16, 2025, [Miguel] Martinez was filming Border Patrol agents during Operation Charlotte’s Web, a crackdown on illegal immigration. When agents tried to stop him for a “voluntary” chat, he bolted, circling them in a parking lot before leading a high-speed pursuit through the city. He swerved over medians, drove on the wrong side of the road, and nearly rammed agents—turning his white van into a weapon.
Relatives confirm that his intent was to obstruct law enforcement.
After two miles of this insanity, they boxed him in and arrested him for felony assaulting, resisting, and impeding federal officers—enhanced because he used his car as a “deadly or dangerous weapon.”
No worries; any enemy of American sovereignty has friends in high places. The assault charge was dismissed:
U.S. Magistrate Judge David Keesler signed an order on Nov. 26 dismissing the complaint, which had accused Garcia Martinez of using his van to strike a federal vehicle.
Martinez has friends in low places too — namely among moonbats waving placards:
His arrest sparked protests across Charlotte, with demonstrators demanding his release and questioning the conduct of federal agents.
An alarming 18% of Charlotte residents are foreign born. Not Martinez though; he was born in the USA — of Mexican parents. This underscores that closing the border alone will not save us at this point.

Either the people will see judges impeached and removed for their dangerous actions or the people will set aside interest in the “system of justice” and bring true justice into reality.
Tolerance of evil doesn’t go on forever.

Yet this perp gets NO assault charge, unlike Mr No Seat Belt getting a ticket.
The prog targeted federal agents.
I would think the DOJ or FBI would step in and demonstrate to U.S. Magistrate Judge David Keesler the concept of “justice.”
Preferably the attacker and the judge will be arrested and jailed but it is unlikely.
Second to that would be to arrest the attacker in front of the judge advising him to do his job correctly as there is room for one more in the back seat.

They charged Martinez with felony impeding or interfering with federal officers. That federal charge was then enhanced when the government claimed he used his car as a ‘deadly or dangerous weapon’.
According to court documents, that is the charge a federal judge dismissed.
While I generally agree, judges don’t often get appointed without Republican rubber stamping.
Just shoot them. No “judge” can overturn that.
