I found some biographical info on him. Born in 1939 and out of the army on or before 1967. He created and sold at least a couple different companies and was a partner in a real estate company. I get the feeling that “disabled war veteran” is a play on people’s heartstrings. I don’t know if he was taken advantage of or if he found out who was buying his house and aimed to get more. I would need more info to tell who (if anyone) is the good guy in this.
I tend to agree with your opinion that this disabled vet thing is a play on people’s heart strings. I mean the guy apparently has a home valued in the millions.
And what is his disability? A rating of 90% due to some serious war time stuff or a piddly 10% for something off the wall? If it’s 10% it’s a play on words.
