§2383. Rebellion or insurrection
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

I think it was meant for all of their crazed followers, whether in or out of the military. Somebody, somewhere would lose a few screws over it and go bezerk.
And they can find some piss-ant District Judge to back up the “illegal order” BS.
Does it matter? The right has zero plans to meet the threat. No steet action to fight the goons head on. No congressional action to counter the mutiny. No coordinated funding to counter the Fabians spending. We may as well do a howl to the sky like the useful idiots. We have become effete. Full of excuses, apologies and ferocious at fighting one another.
