To: Governor Dinwiddie

I think it was is a good decision. These guardsmen are demonstrating that they’re well trained and disciplined. This doesn’t seem to be a ‘kill shot’ situation to me. We want him alive so we can waterboard him to find out who activated him. In different parlance, we want to find out his motivations, was he inspired to this action by the seditious six, who’s he been in contact with. Lets do a drill down. Can’t do that when he’s dancing with virgins in hell. Let’s pray he survives so we can pump him for information and find out his networks. Shooting him in the butt was a smart decision.

Decision? People are trained to aim for center mass, because accounting for nerves, recoil and just lack of time to accurately draw a bead, they’re more likely to hit something. The guy missed what he was aiming for, but fortunately inflicted enough damage to prevent the shooter from reloading.
