Country music star Riley Green sparked outrage after posing with a slain animal he killed less than 12 months after he was hospitalized for a hunting injury.
The 37-year-old shared the images in a carousel on his Instagram account, captioning the post: 'That was a hell of a drag out… blessed to be back out here #weouthere #bowhunting #bigboy.'
In the first image, he was lying down in the shrubbery with the giant dead deer spread out in front of him.

If it is a legal deer it doesn’t matter the size...It goes in the freezer for food....
People eating tasty animals (PETA) is outraged 😂😎
I guess I didn’t read far enough, I thought that was a white tail.
It is a Whitetail....
Oh, Man Up you friggin’ Limy!
Most deer don’t live past about 8-10 years, they grind their teeth down and can’t eat therefor they do indeed starve to death.
Just looked at your homepage...
You ever catch any BIG catfish???? *ROFL* \Sarc
“You can’t eat antlers...”
Very true, but big racks don’t necessarily mean small deer, right? When I was growing up in Texas the deer and the racks were much smaller than they are these days. And you never heard about those damn feral hogs back then. On my last visit I saw one on the shoulder of the highway that probably totaled the vehicle that hit it.
The fawn already grew up. She’s in college now.
That is NOT a relaxed, in-your-face-I killed-an-animal pose (him lying on the ground with the buck), that’s a boy-am-I-tired-at-dragging-this-big-old-monster-all-this-way pose! He just flopped down in the grass to rest for a bit. Been there, done that, and yes, it is indeed a leg workout, as the singer alluded to. And that’s hardly a blood-covered animal! More MSM reporting, shaking my head.

Gee, I wonder how all these “outraged” people feel about abortion?
Right...Big racks generally mean bigger deer...
In East Tennessee, we have some of those Russian Boar...They were brought in for hunting in 1912...And they loved it here...I think they are a damn nuisance, but they do eat pretty good...
Personal best so far is a 65 pound blue.
There are no masculine men in all of the United Kingdom. They are such insufferable limp wristed snowflakes, represented by their Queen Charles.
A big ole buck has been shot during hunting season. How dare you, Greta Thunberg.
Meanwhile, the Muslims rape and maim the Anglo-British population (including little girls), and the “leaders” say NOTHING!
“ a country boy can survive “. Hank Williams
Or as Col. Jeff Cooper once wrote; They’re ain’t many troubles that a man can’t fix with six hundred dollars and a thirty ought six.”

My buck this year was 185 pounds dressed. Taken in south central NH.
That is a pretty big buck for around here where there are hardly any dairy farms(COW CORN) planted.
There is no alfalfa or soybeans within 500 miles of here.
I grew up in WNY where a 220-250 pound buck was typical. Especially closer to the PA border where there are lots of dairy farms.
The one in the article looks just over 200.
There are too many deer. It is healthier if they are culled. Congratulations to the gentleman! Enjoy!
Those in your pictures are AWESOME!!!!!
Before I lost a leg, I fished mostly in the Smoky Mtns for trout...Lake fished for crappie....
There are very few around my area that big....
