I wonder if this one is responsible for the magnificent, extremely colorful sunsets we have been having in Dec 2025.
Possible, although I would think it would be more of an impact locally. When we’ve had lots of fires here in Idaho, we’ve had lovely sunsets & sunrises. A few years ago we were driving home from Boise, with a full moon coming up in the east & the sun setting in the west, both colored very red from all the smoke. It would’ve made a hell of a panoramic picture. Didn’t have my camera with me. Drat!
