On a more serious note, I wonder about the age of the concrete; perhaps some old-school decoration from a church that was recently demolished when the cement was poured was the source of the fake skull.
I don’t know; it’s pretty strange.
But for a prank this one ‘hits’ the right conspiracy notes.
Some random skull discovered in concrete, in a city notorious for mob hits, so the more the authorities claim it’s a fake skull, the more a cover-up looks evident.
It’s a simple kind of genius.
