Mega Dittos. Poor and ignorant and reliant on the betters it’s the Dems modern day version of a feudal system.
It used to be against some laws to teach black slaves to read and today it still is. Try changing a failed reading curriculum in a black inner city school. Try firing an illiterate teacher charged with teaching reading. It violates any number of civil, employment, and contractural rights.
The move out to the wealthier white suburbs. No problem there. But Not the poorer white ones because they are just as bad at academics as the inner cities.
Republicans took the slaves away from the Democrats and took off their chains. Democrats have figured out how to put chains back on (welfare state, destruction of families, etc) the intellects and souls of the former slaves and have largely succeeded. Republicans will have a very difficult time taking the chains off again because they are not physical, but spiritual.
