Dick Cheney was a war monger who had been the ultimate draft dodger during the VN War, a real chicken hawk who kept out of service (once self-quoted as “not for him”) due to six college, marriage and newborn deferments. I shed no tears.

They had to "urge" people to attend a funeral was my answer to myself.
