Corruption in Russia is even worse than in Ukraine.
Ukrainian corruption was learned from Russian masters.
So, which will be more damaging to which side in the war?
It appears the corrupt Ukrainians were not able to deliver on their promises to the current equivalent of the KGB and GRU to the Russian agents when Russia invaded in February of 2022.
I doubt the corruption in Ukraine has become worse during the last three years. I suspect it has been slowly being rooted out, because it hampers the war effort.
I see similar things happening in Russia.
I doubt any breakthough is going to happen fast, but it might, for either side.
