He was arrested for assault and during his arrest a pistol was found in his car that was reported stolen out of the state of New York. The individual has an active warrant for property damage. We refuse to apologize for enforcing the law. The operation resulted in the arrest of 5 [undocumented immigrants] from Mexico and Guatemala who were all breaking our nation’s immigration laws. Their criminal histories include DUI, driving without a license, and previous removal, which is a felony."

This guy got near ICE agents and showed them his hammer...Then he threw some objects at federal vehicles...

He was charged with illegal possession of gun...He was previously convicted of domestic violence... That means he cannot have a gun...

Federal agents did not show up to Home Depot to arrest this guy...They had no idea about the gun from New York in his vehicle...This guy forgot that sometimes it is a good idea to mind one's own business...And try not to be a "hero"...

The facts and the Times article are from different planets. The child was not “snatched” in any form or manner and the adult in the car was not just some innocent dad taking jr out to Home Depot to get some materials. If the media can lie any more than they do already, it would be something to see.
