I know a woman who was roofied and she couldn’t prove it as the date rape drug is gone from your system in, I think, 3 hrs.
It can be detected in your hair follicles but, again, time is of the essence as it is gone from there in a very short time.
I also know of a pilot who accidentally drank a drink that was possibly roofied that was obviously meant for one of the flight attendants he was flying with on an overnight. He made it to his hotel room and collapsed, vomiting in the doorway. He regained consciousness some hours later.

I was roofied at a bar in Santa Monica when I was young. Made it to the bathroom and don’t remember anything until the next morning. Thankfully my friend who was with me knew something was wrong since I only had 2 drinks. When I didn’t come back from the bathroom she checked on me and found me lieing on the floor. Out. She had the bouncer help her get me to her car. It was the guy sitting next to me who I had paid zero attention to. When they were taking me to the car he was following behind telling her if she wanted to stay he would take me home. Thank goodness she was smarter than that.
