Never mind that he’s looking to implement a law made outside Ireland, the EU’s so-called
Digital Services Act. This ponderous law has 90 articles and consists of 102 pages, so you can bet it was designed to nullify free speech even beyond its borders.

A fine point. In addition to the issue of attempting to enforce "law" outside the jurisdiction of that "law," there is a not-so-hidden financial component.
The EU Lefties think that "fines" with be a new source of income as their economies are hit by their already idiotic green and illegal migrant issues, not to mention causing capital investment to flee said "jurisdictions."
