X / UK Parliament ^ | Nov 12 | Rupert Lowe MP

@RupertLowe10

I didn’t say the death penalty for ‘overseas and foreign’ criminals.

I quite clearly said foreign and domestic.

What is wrong with the BBC?

An urgent correction and apology please, @BBCPolitics .

The BBC’s motto:

“Why search for news when you can just make it up?”

Start combing through BBC broadcasts. They didn’t start with this one Trump speech.

LMAO these people are now just realizing how corrupt and dishonest the BBC is?

This has been an in-your-face fact for decades to anyone who bothered to open their eyes.

One can only hope. But a lesson from whom?
The leftist prime minister or the leftist parliament?
Not likely.

There have already been a few BBC officer resignations.
There might be a few more. Then it’s back to business as usual.
🙁

The BBC has been a major cheerleader for the fall of Great Britain to Islamic overlords.

People are cancelling their subscriptions in record numbers despite it being an enforced “license” they can’t enforce millions not paying

Their bottom line will be affected it’s just a matter of time and that means cuts, etc.

Good point. It will be interesting to see how the BBC handles that.

Because you can cancel your subscription, and still watch the BBC. But then you might get caught by a BBC TV detector van (yes, they are a thing).

Maybe the BBC will just order many more vans.
That would be the arrogant and elitist thing to do, after all.

There are a lot of “objectors” and there will be more after antics like this and Jan 6 with Trump

The Beeb has ways for dealing with refuseniks, from last year...

'Scrooge' BBC bosses accused of threatening pensioners with Christmas Day calls to check for TV licences

From a few months ago...

Widower, 89, sent 53 'threatening' letters over TV licence fee despite BBC 'amnesty' Since the BBC ended universal free TV licences for over-75s, it has sent repeated letters to older pensioners despite not following through with prosecutions

An Englishman was badly bitten
By twenty-two cats and a kitten.
Cried he, “It is clear
My end is quite near!
No matter, I’ll die like a Briton.”

Imagine if you will that CBS is the national channel and the government charges you to watch it. The signpost ahead etc.

This has been going on for a very long time. Eric Blair, aka George Orwell wrote 1984 while working at the BBC in 1948. His experience there influenced how he portrayed events in the book.
