That’s also pretty much how we made fudge in our dorm room — in one of those old fashioned popcorn popper bowls. Marshamallow Fluff instead of marshmallows. Walnuts iinstead of pecans.
Fluff does work better; regular marshmallows get stiff. BTW have you made the 3 minute microwave fudge? 1 - 12 oz pkg chocolate chips and 1 12 oz can sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in spurts, stirring till chips melted and everything blended. Awesome!
