You can’t have lots of stuff if you have lots of kids.
I have more toys I can afford with no kids. Most of the people I know that have kids find out the kids reject the parents anyway.

Well it’s good that you have extincted your genetic potential. I get made fun of for having 4 kids and now I have 5 grandkids and still plenty of toys. I get to enjoy myself and I won’t be alone when I die.

Don’t care for truth much, do you now...
You can, but you will have to wait till they grow up and leave home. Even if you can afford “stuff”, they will break it or you simply won’t have time to use the “stuff”.
But at the end of journey, you will enjoy your kids and grandkids way more than you will the “stuff”.
I think it’s worth mentioning that Jim Robinson who founded FreeRepublic has passed recently and thank the good Lord that he had some children or we would not be having this discussion.
Yeah! “Stuff” has a way of becoming outdated or obsolete or it breaks down. Entropy is real. There was something I read or heard in the past about laying up treasures on earth where moth and rust and entropy consume as opposed to the kinds of treasures in heaven that are longer lasting, I think that love and belonging are in that location.
