We may see US Representatives all voted on statewide.

Probably correct. In 1913, the "Progressives" changed the Constitution, and changed the Senate into just another House (so that States could no longer protect their power from an overbearing FedGov). Now they'll change the House to have state-wide elections only, just like the Senate (so that no minority party will ever win a single seat in any state, ever again).

Here’s how they’d change it:

HOUSE: 100 Seats, divided by population, they get to determine who gets seats (always the major leftist markets).

SENATE: 50 Seats, divided by population, so only their big cities get it all. Most areas will get zero and only their choice states get every seat.
