Not a surprise. It’s good that a case was brought to show AG isn’t playing around. But everyone knew this really wasn’t a serious case.

It was much more than sandwich throwing. It was threatening, harassment, verbal assault, etc. The guy kept coming back and harassing the officers. Ya. It was a DC jury, the guy could have thrown a hand grenade at the officers and they would have acquitted him.

If the protester was a Republican, they would’ve had the book thrown at them by the judge and jury in DC. He was a Democrat, protesting on behalf of Democrat causes, so the DC jury acquitted him.
