Me, too: a publicly traded company I worked for outsourced multimillion dollar critical IT projects to India. They all failed. They brought the US staff in for a "war room" month to fix it (I fixed several bugs in a language and system I had never worked in before). The systems could not be salvaged.

The C-Suite laid almost all of us off and replaced us with H1-B visa holders and more outsourcing.

You can't fix the greedy stupidity of American management without massive shareholder lawsuits and criminal indictments.
