Lodged ball call in 9th was a bad call. The ball was easily retrievable and playable under MLB rules 5.05(a)(7) and 5.06(b)(4).
A ball is not considered lodged if the fielder can dislodge it and remove it from where it’s stuck
Toronto had more than enough opportunities to win the game. You can’t lay the game down to one play.
