That's the game these leftwing racists play!!! First affirmative action is used to hire more than the proportional number of racial minorities.
Then when there are across-the-board layoffs, the race card can be thrown because the layoffs contain more than the proportional number of racial minorities.
The demand is that more than a proportional number of Whites be laid off, so that later, when hiring resumes, affirmative action will require the hiring of more than a proportional number of racial minorities.
Never mentioned is the fact that even if only one White person is left in the organization of 100 or 1,000 employees, the White person is never in a minority. The established definition is racist.
