A Turban is the least of our concerns in a trial like this one, where several innocent people were turned into road kill. He can complain all the way back to India if his jail sentence is ( what’s the word) commuted?

He has not been adjudicated guilty yet. Our Constitution protects religious exercise. I don’t know if he wanted to wear his turban or not but if it is a religious obligation for Sihks and he was prevented from exercising it that would be a violation of our Constitution.

Did anyone comment on the 3 or 4 sikhs in turbans behind Mamdani in his big rally?
I think that was a nod to trying to side with the impaired driver ones without proper licensing who kill people in the US in semis.
