Claire Luce? The owner of Time?
Well, according to ‘gossip’ it was fixed to be a secret by Hollywood fixer, Eddie Mannix.
The story is out there a few places. Who knows. “Tracy had been seducing 17 year-old Judy Garland for three years”. https://lordbuckbeak.com/2022/03/03/spencer-tracy-a-nightmare-of-a-man/

A book came out a few years ago that suggested that Tracy was gay and all the women were just a curve ball to make people think he was a womanizer.
Different person. This was an actress.
Clare Booth Luce’s husband Henry Luce was the publisher of Time, Life, Fortune, and Sports Illustrated.
Clare Booth Luce and Clare Luce are the same person. She was married to Henry Luce.

It is funny they were both born in 1903 but different dates, they died in different years.
not long ago, I was in an Italian restaurant and on one wall they had these huge framed photos of all of Frank Sinatra‘s ladies. The ones he married and the ones he dated. All I can say is this—- Frank wins hands down.
Spencer Tracy would check into a hotel for a week and go on a bender. He was drunk.
You are correct.
Kathryn Hepburn said the paparazzi left them alone because they never flaunted their relationship and didn’t go out together in public.
“...these two were sisters.”
And they didn’t speak to each other for decades - maybe he was why.
“NOOO THPENTHER TWATHYS!”
It also says he didn't divorce his wife because neither his wife nor Hepburn wanted it.
"I disqualify myself, 'cause I done them both!"
Fairly good lineup.
Never thought about that. You could be right.
Lots of window dressing going on there. How many folks mentioned in the original post played for the other team? (Hint, the number is not zero).
He was a devout Catholic serial womanizer and home wrecker.
