Going through it now at 64 - three chemo drugs to start, down to two now. Some side effects but nothing like radiation’s.

Good luck thru the final stretch. I found the radiation to be the worst. Internal radiation burns are nasty. The indignity of diarrhea, then painful when the stool moves thru.

The funny thing was that I felt great when the radiation stopped, for about a week until the drugs kicked in.

Then, about two weeks after the drugs (I only had two, the main one and an enhancer) stopped, I felt great again. Suddenly I could eat anything I wanted, it all tasted fantastic, and the oncologist said I had to regain weight. Wheee!
