So the USDA stamp is fraudulent.

They are doing some type of inspections .
of origin.

“Import inspection process
International inspection: Foreign countries are required to have their own inspection programs that are equivalent to U.S. standards before beef is exported.
Documentation: All necessary paperwork must be presented to USDA and other agencies like U.S. Customs and Border Protection upon arrival.
Reinspection at port: FSIS personnel conduct a reinspection at an official import inspection establishment to verify the certification and examine the shipment for condition and proper labeling.
Final stamp: Once the product has passed all federal requirements, it can be allowed into the U.S. The final “USDA Inspected and Passed” stamp is affixed during the packaging process.
