First place, the boy committed no crime . The restrooms are there for the general public to. There was no time limits posted on the stall door. Nor were terms of usage posted. He was attempting to leave as ordered by the officer. The words. "You are under arrest for_______ " were never used. There is no record of the store requesting they wanted him trespassed. Just wondering, since you mention your son is autistic, if this man was too, should he have some sort of ID referencing that, like people with medical issues sometimes wear bracelet or other info to alert authorities?
