As usual, you can’t get much information from articles anymore..what was the driver “released” from - WERE drugs involved - was the driver killed - what does “maintained and upgraded” his CDL mean? Kept renewing his CDL without any driving or written tests?
Was he alive and charged criminally after the accident which was NOT AN ACCIDENT?
I can’t believe the number of cars scattered across the freeway without more deaths and then the truck (I guess) continued on to hit a crew on the side of the freeway?

I could have been in that wreck. I have traveled past that site perhaps a thousand times or more, since the days when the freeway was called Route 99 and lined with vineyards as far as the eye could see.
Newsom doesn't care, he is a megalomaniac who only cares about himself and his public appearance.

I’d expect lots of wrongful death lawsuits over all this. This was massive negligence, giving CDL’s to people unqualified for them. Every individual who approved this should forfeit everything they own to the families of the dead & injured.
