The 12th Amendment states "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States".
What a humdinger of a constitutional crisis an attempt at a third Trump term, by hook or by crook, would create.

“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice”
If he is elected as Vice President, then he can become President again if the Pres. resigns.
it doesn’t say he is ineligible to be Pres., it just says he can’t be “elected” President more than twice.

Make Trump Speaker.
Get POTUS & VP to resign.
Trump goes into the White Ballroom.

The 12th Amendment states "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States". The Uniparty discarded that with Kamala Harris who illegitimately served as Vice President. She is not a natural born citizen since her parents became U.S. citizens after she was born.

Trump can become Speaker of the House and he’s just 2 heartbeats away. /sarc

It would be a battle of interpretations between the 12th and the 22nd Amendments.
