This begs the question. Is dumping out a liquid beverage onto the street considered littering?

If so, guilty because I've never thought twice about it.

Me either, my rule of thumb has always been if it’s organic (apple cores, banana peels etc) and will break down, I don’t consider it littering.

And coffee certainly falls into that category IMO.
