He discussed the ongoing demolition of the White House East Wing and took time to rip Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who was the only Republican senator not in attendance.
“We’re just missing one person. You’ll never guess who that it is,” Trump said. “He automatically votes no on everything. He thinks it’s good politics. It’s not good politics.”

I actually wasn’t invited to the White House lunch today, but that’s ok I had a previously scheduled Liberty Caucus Lunch with @MassieforKY

Tell Trump to back off these two ⚠️ It's getting silly
Rand Paul is correct in some respects, but there are currently much much bigger battles to be won.
The Kentucky Douchebags
Paul wants perfect. Note to Paul -— there IS no perfect, this side of Heaven.
Two anti-Trump, democrat siding losers thinking they know better than Trump, off playing with their marbles.....
Nit and Wit...the Nitwit brothers.
Paul is often right on “what” when wrong on “how”. He’d be better as a governor.
2 do nothing losers
No, never let up on the useless trash.
He’d be better as a janitor
He would be better out of government.
11 days remaining until the hungry, hungry EBT/SNAP useless eater Zombie apocalypse begins.
Know what? I don’t care if Rand is a complete blooming idiot or even if he was Nancy Pelosi for that matter. I have problems with Trump not inviting him and then making a huge point of him not being there. Bad taste... Poor form...
That is a direct intimidating threat to those who were there and were invited. “See what happens if you don’t do what I tell you to do! That is what happened to this guy! He was not invited because he did not do what I wanted him to do!”
Paul is a good Libertarian even if too often too much of a purist.
And in Congress he has too many Conservatives who are unwilling to cut government enough, and he can’t get a coalition of them together on his side.
As a governor he’d have veto powers. That would suit how his kind of action more than as a Congress critter.
The next Governor’s race in Kentucky is in 2027. Rand Paul should seek to replace the current Dim governor there. The governor’s office would be a better place for him than Congress.
Add in Mitch McConnell and Kentucky has 3 Stoges.
WTH is wrong with Kentucky?
LOL.
Or Dumb and Dumber.
I believe the former AG Daaniel Cameron will run to replace the current Democrat loser governor. How is a conservative state like Kentucky have a Dem Governor and 2 independent congress people.
Hard to understand.
Although both Paul and Massie do tend grandstand to make themselves look good, they are still infinitely more conservative than Lindsey Graham, who Trump referred to as great today.
