The biggest problem with socialists is that they never leave. See Cuba, Venezuela, Soviet Union, etc.
If left alone, they keep doing their destructive policies forever.
That will not happen in NYC.
After some little dose of socialism, people learn quickly how idiotic it is.
By the time this building is done, Mamdani will be done too!
I should think that at least the smart people( and there must be many in NYC) would see what Mamdani is up to long before he could be elected. It seems very evident to me & I am but a high school graduate.
