Ole Miss at Georgia. Check out Suntarine Perkins #4(Miss). Listed as a LB. He has 4.3 speed and weighs just 210 lbs. Rushes the passer a lot. Lined up over the left tackle he faked one way and went around him the other way for a sack. On another he lined up over the guard. At the snap he took 2 steps backward as if to cover for a pass. The guard moved over to help the tackle and Perkins shot the gap for another tackle. It’s not just the 4.3 speed. He’s really quick. On another play the other lineman tie up the blockers and he uses that speed to run around them and got to the QB.
In the pros they’ll have to create a position for him. Bill Walsh said the same thing about John Lynch. A slower safety who hit a ton-Hall of Famer.
