Often expiration dates mean little, its just they dont want customers to know something has been sitting on a shelf for so long. While it varies by medication, most dont lose potency at their expiration date. Many take a long time to lose significant potency.
If they are so safe, why hasn’t Bob Barker developed them for cats?
Hopefully the pills don’t get poured down the drain. I glanced at some headline about abortion pills (or maybe the pills that prevent ovulation?) are contaminating the water. I have no clue if they actually are.
Taken separately, each of this mornings postings are terrible or sobering articles. When viewed as a whole, they sure sound like birthing pains. A beginning of sorrows perhaps?

what you say is true, but governments and medical facilities are breaking the law and/or inviting nearly unlimited liability should they distribute “expired” medications ...
same for the concept of “best used by dates” for food: local food banks won’t accept food that’s even one day past such a date ...
